3. Registration Types and Material Requirements
Registration procedure: In order to obtain registration or reassessment registration, the applicant must submit EUP to the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. After the application is approved, Applicant will receive RET, laboratory and field trials can be conducted and used for product registration at federal agencies. Then the applicants must file a record in the state in which they plan to sell the product and wish to be registered. Companies must meet the special requirements of each state in order to be registered and allowed to sell products.
